Use your Rx Advantage Card at any participating pharmacy to enjoy
preferred pricing on prescription medications - brand name and generic.
An on-line monitoring network will inform your pharmacist of your drug
history and how much time has passed since your last prescription was
filled. The network also alerts your pharmacist to the possibility of
interaction with other medications.

Check the Rx Advantage box on your Benefits Request Form and mail it in the enclosed envelope. You'll receive your card and membership packet within four weeks. Then simply call the toll-free number on your card for the name and address of the nearest participating location. Present your card before the prescription is filled. Pay the total price of your prescriptions as indicated by your pharmacist at the time of purchase.

A Coupon Book is provided for your convenience in making systematic deposits to the account. Interest is compounded daily and paid quarterly to the account. There are no withdrawals allowed on the account. Deposits for the current year should be made by November 10th. The funds will be mailed to the customer the third week in November.
